Sometimes we learn better through play, games, and reflection. If we want to create a more sustainable world, we need to understand how inner and outer sustainability are connected. We need both aspects. But how do we work with the inner aspects?

CAPIO CONSULT has developed the dialogue game ”Mind your Inner Development” based on 23 Inner Development Goals (IDGs), designated a as supplement to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by a group of Swedish researchers and consultants.

The intention with the IDG initiative is to make it possible and manageable for organizations and companies to act on sustainability and contribute to a more sustainable world by focusing on the inner aspects. The IDG-initiative group wants to accelerate our abilities to deal with complex challenges, e.g., the work with sustainability, and to promote well-being, innovation and surplus.

Through this dialogue game ”Mind your Inner Development” you’ll use the 23 Inner Development Goals (IDGs) to meet the challenges as leaders and organization, so you get inspiration and new ideas for the work and how to address it.

The purpose of this dialogue game is to develop and strengthen inner development and sustainability, including how we apply ourselves in better ways in (working) life. In a complex world, we need to develop our own complexity skills and mindset both as managers and employees.

About the game:

The game can be used individually, in groups, teams or organizations to find effective approaches to challenging situations. In this game, you can win learning points (not countable points), new ideas and inspiration. If you choose to share at the end of the game, it can also enhance psychological safety.

The game can give you new ideas and inspire you in relation to:

  • Finding useful ways in a complex situation or a big common project, e.g., how do you work with sustainability or change the workplace culture as a management group?
  • Creating social cohesion in your management group or team.
  • Creating more well-bring and surplus at your workplace.
  • Succeed with difficult changes and paradox management.

The box contains

  • Introduction to the Inner Development Goals initiative and the game
  • Game instructions: 1 for management groups, 1 for groups and teams and 1 for at faster 1-hour-version
  • 5 instruction cards
  • 1 game board
  • 23 cards with 8 reflective questions
  • 2 note pads in order to make the learning sticky

Practical guidelines:

  • 1 game for 4 persons (max. 6): 869 kr. inkl. VAT
  • 3 games for 12 persons : 2.436 kr. inkl. VAT
  • 6 games for 24 persons: 4.752 kr. inkl. VAT

There’s also a danish version of the game. They are the same so they can be used together.
