This reissue brings together two illustrated excavation reports by eminent Egyptologist Flinders Petrie and collaborators. The first, published in 1905, describes the findings at Ehnasya (or Herakleopolis Magna). The second, from 1912, covers a number of sites, including the labyrinth in the Faiyum and the pyramids of Mazghuna.
