This two-volume biography of William Wordsworth was published in 1851 by his nephew, Christopher, a scholar and cleric who later became bishop of Lincoln. Volume 2 describes the family's move to Rydal Mount in 1811, and continues to the poet's death in 1850. An appendix provides documents on the family's history.
