The Temple of Hercules Project involved the excavation and partial reconstruction of the Roman temple, one of the principal monuments of Amman during the classical period. This volume presents the results of nine seasons of archaeological excavations conducted at the temple and its surrounding temenos between July 1990 and April 1993.
