Ashtar do not believe in "Perfection" or "Perfect". "Theres no suchs thing in this universe". He says.
Maybe when You have gone trough this theory, you will agree . About "Perfect" and what that is.
It also is explainations on "How" he being spirituel, also looks at it with a scientific point-of-view and perspective.
And it is ofcourse his believes and claims. He forces no-one to believe him.
With his writtings. He believes there is a "Spirituel Evolution" on the horizen, in more than one way.
