If you're looking for a path that combines the two - a mission to create change and well-being, you might know the struggle. How the hell to get there? And who to ask? Because... anyway my life is different! They say you can't read a book that is not you. And, I guess, you can't write a book that isn't yourself either.
So this is me: sharing my attempt at creating this path. I refused to drop my utopia and instead set out to find ways to gain energy and presence in everyday life.
