Let Them Write: Plot Building focuses on conflict, suspense and narrative structure. Students practice first-drafting, editing, polishing and sharing original scenes and stories built around these three important elements of storytelling.
ENJOYING LITERATURE focuses on the close reading and analysis of prose fiction, poetry, and short nonfiction, and may be implemented alone or in tandem with STORY CRAFTING and/or WORDSMITHING.
WORDSMITHING focuses on the creation, production and sharing of a variety of nonfiction writing projects.
